Fitness center Flow – Rijeka

 

The purpose of exercise in fitness center Flow in Rijeka is to maintain the shape and health of all age groups. Each class is designed differently and is adapted to the trainee’s needs through individual approach and work in small groups.

 

Flow is committed to making exercise a pleasurable and enjoyable experience in everyday life, and not an annoyance that you have to go through in order to get rid of that “extra bite.” It is important that exercise becomes a pleasure through which you will build and strengthen your body and thus enable it to become a reliable helper in your daily life. We believe that exercise is a source of happiness and satisfaction, and if you do not agree then you probably have not exercised in a way that suits your needs.

 

Qualified trainers will help you achieve better results through an individual approach and work in small groups. We are certain you will impatiently wait for our next course.

 

Classes are held at two levels. The bottom room is for group exercises up to 7 trainees; exercises are carried out on a mat using various props (disc-o-sit, elastic bands, bossu balls, balls, sticks, sand weights…). The upper room is for individual and group exercise sessions up to 9 trainees following the roundabout principle (3 stations with 3 trainees).

Small groups programs

Body technique

Classes are conducted in small groups (up to 7 trainees) under the guidance and supervision of Body instructors, and they are 45 minutes long. Small groups allow an individual approach, a better control of the trainees with a faster detection of errors and the ability of a timely correction which enables us to achieve the quality and regularity of performance, thereby also tangible results more quickly. The Body technique has more than 3,000 exercises and impacts the development of strength, flexibility and fitness, and the use of diverse equipment provides diversity in classes..

 

Body technique (corrective)

The Body technique program is designed for all those who need a corrective approach to exercising.

 

Body technique (conditional)

This class is focused on the development of the cardio-respiratory system, endurance, balance and strength.

 

Body technique (for men)

This class is focused on the development of endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and the cardio-respiratory system.

 

Cardio mix

A class similar to step with bossu balls, balls and mini trampolines; it is designed for the development of the cardio-respiratory system.

 

Conditional circular

A class which will, due to its specific circular methods, enable you to control your workload (TRX, Body spinning, kettle bell, bossu balls, balls, elastic bands …)

 

Recharge

Recharging your batteries for the end of the week – getting relaxed with stretching exercises, massage with the foam roller, massage balls, sticks.

Individual programs

Individual and individual in pair classes

Individual classes last for 60 minutes and are adaptable to the wishes and goals of the trainees. If you do not have time, but have health issues (pain in the back, hips, shoulders, disability), if you want to lose excess kilos, this program will enable you to reach the results and get rid of pain and limitations.

 

Personalized (up to 4 trainees per group)

Classes are determined based on the trainees’ wishes. Programs: Weight loss, corrective, recreational, conditional.

Trainers

VinkoAnzulović has shown an interest in sports from an early age and was actively engaged in football, volleyball, beach volleyball and badminton. He was educated in Rijeka, and in 2011 he received the diploma of an engineer of maritime traffic, but during his studies he continued to actively take part in sports. In 2009, he successfully completed the course for a Power Plate instructor and in 2013 he completed an aerobics course in Zagreb. In 2015, he received a diploma from the Kinesiology Academy of the Body Technique in Zagreb and thereby became a licensed Body instructor.

 

SanelaVucelić has been recreationally involved in volleyball, aerobics, step aerobics, Pilates, and her new interests and knowledge have directed her towards a new calling. She graduated in 2012 from the Faculty of Law in Rijeka, and she continued her professional development at the Kinesiology Academy of the Body Technique in Zagreb.
